Q. How can I track the status of my online order?
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your order has been shipped. This shipping confirmation email will allow you to track the status of your order. You may also log in to track your order.
Q. Can I return or exchange my purchase if I don't like it?
If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days from the original purchase date. (See return shipping options below.) Merchandise must be returned and received unused, in the original packaging, with the original shipping invoice, within 7 days of the delivery date. A credit note will be issued in exchange.Shipping on returns is to be borne by the customer. Returns or exchanges made after 7 days will not be issued a merchandise credit. If you would like to exchange an item for another, please send us an email Exchanges are processed like a return and reissued as a new order. You will receive a credit for the item(s) you are sending back and a separate charge for the exchange order placed. Because of the time involved in shipping and processing your exchange (up to 14 days), you may elect to place a new order right away rather than wait for your exchange to process. Availability of items can change. If you wait for the exchange order to process, the item(s) you want in exchange may no longer be available. Choose your Jewels.Make sure you have the right size. Add to cart.Review the items listed in your Shopping Bag. Now you may you choose your Checkout method.-PayPal or Google Checkout.Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation from us.
Q. Some other online shoe vendors don't charge for shipping; why do you charge?
Pink Cinnamon Designs is confident that our lower prices will more than make up for the shipping costs that you incur. We charge a flat priority shipping rate of $8.99 per item which is insured. Shipments should reach customers btwn 2-5 business days.
Q. Will you charge sales tax on my order?
Pink Cinnamon Designs charges all applicable taxes associated with an item's shipment destination, as required by law.(We do not charge out of state taxes)
Q. I can't find the item I'm looking for. How do I search for it?
In the search box on the left hand corner of the site, please fill out the categories that suit you. You can refine and organize your search results by selecting from the following categories: heel height, size, color or name of the product.

We currently ship to the continental U.S., Hawaii, Canada, Hong Kong, UAE, Australia, Europe, Singapore

Q. Why is my item on backorder?
An item is placed on backorder when it is temporarily out of stock. Provided the item can be shipped within 30 days of the original shipping date and you do not cancel, the backordered item will be processed and shipped once restocked. Your credit card will not be charged until the backordered item is shipped. We will email you a shipping confirmation then.
